Interested in joining MTC? You just have to show up! All paces and abilities welcome. No fees, dues, whatever. Running is for everyone.
Tuesday Runs
Tuesdays at 6:30pm (6:00pm beginning 11/7/23) at Half Liter, 5301 Winthrop Ave. We'll announce predefined 3 and 5 mile routes prior to each run. While runners are welcome to grab some food or a drink from Half Liter after, we make a point to stick around as a group after the run on the first Tuesday of each month.
Half Liter has some parking and plenty of bike parking in the back. We encourage walking, running, and/or biking to runs when possible. There are Red Line stops a few blocks away on College Ave. at 52nd St. and 54th St., and we recommend trying that out if you haven't already. It's pretty convenient. Shirts required when inside Half Liter or the outdoor dining area.
We recommend showing up 5-10 minutes early so you can chat, get to know everyone, and hear important club announcements before the run. And be sure to put yourself out there! Our group runs are a great way to meet new people.

Route distances change from time to time and are easily modified for your needs. Just ask.

We’ll do our best to offer a wide variety of paces, but paces will ultimately be dependent on who shows up. Bring a friend if you're concerned about running alone.
